Movies

Marty and I love movies.  We will watch just about anything.  I sleep through a lot of them.  Marty screens them for me sometimes, when it's not football season.  He will get home early or stay up late and watch a movie, and if he thinks I won't sleep through it, he'll watch it again with me.  It's really sweet, actually.  Last night I rented "Transformers 2."  First of all, it was 2 1/2 hours long.  That's a long movie for me to stay awake through.  Secondly, we got it thinking the boys could watch it with us.  I was really glad they weren't interested because it's a lot scarier than the first one.  There was one scene with a little Decepticon up the nose.  I'll leave it at that.  Ooh, and that other pretty girl was super scary, too!  Don't want to give anything away.  It was long, and maybe a little too much action for my taste.  I get so carried away watching movies like this, I need a few quiet moments between action sequences to catch my breath.  I'm glad I'm not Sam Witwicky.  I'd be screwed.  It was okay, I'm glad I watched it, I don't need to watch it again.  I also got "Imagine That" for the boys.  They didn't love it, but I'll watch it tonight.

This is why my house is messy!  I should be cleaning it up instead of watching these dumb movies!
